About individual therapy

I provide a safe space for you to be yourself unapologetically by actively listening and supporting you to work toward your personal goals in a way that works best for you.


I can provide either short-term or long-term therapy which would take place weekly, dependant upon your needs.

I offer face to face sessions, online sessions and telephone sessions.


I offer a free consutation telephone call of up to 20 minutes to see if we are a good fit for each other.

Approaches used 

Person-centred Therapy

Person-centred therapy aims to help you in dealing with any difficult feelings and encourages you to grow and develop in your own way by offering unconditional positive regard, empathy and congruence. 

Systemic Therapy

Systemic therapy focuses on you in the context of your relationships with others and provides a safe space for you to explore the system that you are in and the impact this has on you e.g. family, friends, professional.

Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT)

CFT encourages patients to have compassion for both themselves and others in order to aid in the promotion of mental and emotional healing.

Attachment Therapy


Attachment therapy aims to explore how your childhood experiences might impact your ability to form meaningful bonds as adults and will help you work towards building trusting and supportive relationships with others.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy

CBT aims to help by changing how you think (cognitive) and what you do (behaviour). Rather than focusing on the past, it focuses on current issues and practical solutions to help you feel better right now.

Working hours

My current working hours are:

  • Thursday 6pm-8pm (remote appointments only)

  • Friday 9.30am-3.30pm
