Appointments
and Fees
Reaching out for support can be difficult first step to take and to help with this I provide a free consultation of up to 20 minutes where I will introduce myself and discuss your personal needs and your expectations of therapy.
How it works
Individual therapy lasts for 50 minutes and typically would occur on the same day and time every week. We can discuss whether fortnightly sessions would be better for you during your consultation call.
Cancellation policy
I operate a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel an appointment over 24-hours in advance, I will not charge you for the missed session. If you cancel after that, or if you cannot attend, you will still need to pay for the appointment.
In person sessions
As appointments are scheduled at specific times, I will be unable to see you if you arrive outside of your appointment time. If you arrive early, I ask that you wait until your scheduled appointment time. Similarly, if you arrive late, I will not be able to extend the session to compensate. If you are running late, please let me know as if you arrive more than 15 minutes late without making me aware, your appointment will be cancelled and you will still need to pay for the appointment.
Telephone/
online appointments
If we are meeting online or by phone, I will call you when the session is scheduled to begin (unless we agreed otherwise). If the call goes unanswered, I'lll try again in a few moments.
If the second attempt fails, I will contact you when you are available to take the call, but the session will still begin at the scheduled time.
Payments
I accept payment in cash (in person appointments only) or by bank transfer - all bank transfer payments must be received within 24 hrs after the appointment or a late fee will be added to your balance.
