If you suspect you may have ADHD but don’t know where to start, this session is for you.

 

We’ll explore your experiences, complete an ADHD screening scale, and discuss your next steps.

 

If your results suggest ADHD is likely, I can provide a letter for your GP to support a formal assessment.

 

This is a no-pressure, supportive space to gain clarity and guidance on your journey.

A one-off 50-minute session exploring your experiences, an ADHD screening, personalised guidance, and a GP referral letter if needed.

This one-off ADHD Strategies & Skills Session is for anyone looking to better understand their ADHD and develop practical tools to manage everyday challenges. Whether you struggle with time management, organisation, focus, or emotional regulation, this session is designed to help you work with your ADHD, not against it.

​

Perfect for those with ADHD (diagnosed or self-identified) or anyone looking for tailored strategies to boost productivity, reduce overwhelm, and improve daily functioning.

One-Off Session: Choose from 60 minutes, 90 minutes, or 3 hours based on your needs.

​

Standard session (1 hour)  £70 / Extended session (90 mins) £125 / Intensive session (3 hours) £240

Struggling to stay focused or get things done? A Body Doubling Session provides a supportive, judgment-free space where you can work alongside someone for built-in accountability and motivation.

 

Whether it’s tackling a work task, studying, or organising your space, having someone present can make it easier to stay on track and follow through.

 

You don’t have to do it alone - let’s get things done together!

Dedicated Focus Time: One or two hours of uninterrupted work to boost productivity.

£25 per 1 hour session /  £48 per 2 hour session
